I speak through destruction and creation
Art as a language for the things words cannot hold.
I am Theo Tisfys (D.), a Ukrainian artist. I cannot limit myself to canvas and brushes — I use any material and any form that carries meaning: nails, matches, thread, wax, fabric, found objects.
Destruction and creation are inseparable for me; it is in this cycle that my images are born.
“My art is a language I use to speak about things that words cannot express.”
